The winners of the 1st Annual "Hollywood's Hottest Bodies" Awards sponsored by Us Weekly and Gold's Gym were announced yesterday. These are the first awards to recognize outstanding fitness achievement in television, film and entertainment.
More than one million votes were cast last week on UsMagazine.com and Taylor Lautner was voted "Sexiest Washboard Abs" and "Best Overall Body Transformation." The teen hunk from Twilight went on a major fitness regimen of extensive weight training last year to bulk up for The Twilight Saga: New Moon, the second film in the Twilight series, which shows Lautner's character, Jacob Black, shirtless in several scenes. He gained 30 pounds for the role.
Other awards went to Matthew McConaughey (Most Chiseled Arms), Ryan Reynolds (Fittest Actor of the Year), Chris Pine (Best Booty), Fergie (Hottest Legs), and Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Rafaeli (Hottest Couple). Jennifer Aniston also won for Fittest Actress of the Year.
