Aussie tabloid Famous tells us the on screen pair may be headed to Australia pretty soon.
"The Twilight stars — currently in Vancouver, Canada, shooting Eclipse — will apparently embark on a tour of Oz to promote Twilight sequel New Moon, which hits theaters in November.
“Movie bosses are pushing for Rob and Kristen to make a promotional push together through Australia,” a source told Aussie tabloid Famous.The tab also claimed that negotiations are taking place for Rob and Kristen to put in appearance at the Australian Nickeloden Kids’ Choice Awards. A rep for the KCA’s said “An announcement will be pending”.
Kristen’s mother is Australian and Kristen has expressed a desire to visit. “She wants to check out her roots and bring Rob,” the source added. But if the trip doesn’t go ahead as planned, “there is the possibility Rob and Kristen may quietly slip into the country for a holiday at Christmas,” the insider added."
